Phil is the President and Owner of Grace Engineered Products, Inc., in Davenport, Iowa. He is an innovator and holds US Patents 6,700,062 and 6,831,226 B2 on a power receptacle design, and continues to consider new and more efficient ways of bringing electrical safety to the forefront. Additionally, during the years of 1998 to 2001, Phil served as President of the Women's Choice Center in Bettendorf, Iowa. In 1997, he was a candidate for the Iowa State Senate and he has published several papers in various trade journals.
Phil did his undergraduate work at California State University, San Luis Obispo and graduated in 1984 with his BSIE. Phil has two children, Drew and Bekah, and has been married to his wife, Jane, for nearly 25 years.
When not working or traveling abroad, Phil spends his time with family and friends. He is an active member of his chruch and an enthusiastic history buff!
Brandi S. Borgstadt - Marketing Manager

Brandi started her career with Grace in January of 2007, and holds the position of Marketing Manager. Some of her duties include creating and writing the bi-annual newsletters, managing the website and sales catalog, designing the tradeshow booths, updating and maintaining all sales literature, creating product ads, and managing new product launches. Brandi is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a BA in Political Science. She is a political and news junkie, and during political seasons you can find her campaigning for her favorite candidate. Some of her favorites are baseball, football, midwest living, thunderstorms (she'd love to go storm chasing!), her new hobby rifle shooting, and her German Shepherd named Buddy!
When not at work, Brandi can be found working around home, watching the news, spending time with her son, reading up on her favorite subjects of politics and history, and hitting the range for target practice.
Jennifer Arnold - Inside Sales/Office Support
Jennifer was hired in June of 2007 to be part of Inside Sales. Her duties have increased and now include customer inquiries, accounts receivable, and she shares in the responsibility of mantaining our internal computer program. Before coming to Grace, Jennifer worked for 18 years with a hardware distributor.
Now, Jennifer spends much of her spare time babysitting her 2-year old neice and hanging out with friends. When not doing that, Jennifer loves to garden, work out, and shop.
Tom Howard - Outside Sales

Tom has been with Grace since 1997 and currently spends much of his time making sales calls across the country. Recently, Tom stepped aside as Sales Manager at Grace Engineered Products and he now is affectionately refered to as "Sales Manager Emeritus." Prior to joining Grace, Tom had 39 years prior sales experience in the Industrial Automation industry.
Tom is a 1959 graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. In his spare time, Tom enjoys being involved in community and church vocal music. He has been married to his wife Kay for 49 years and has three grown children.
Troy Ryner - Inside and Outside Sales
Troy joined the Grace Team in 2000 as a 'jack of all trades.' He assisted the Production Team with part building, the Sales Team with customer calls, the Office staff with administration work, and until recently, Troy was the Marketing Department! What a show-off!
Before 2000, Troy held two different management positions in retail sales over a period of 14 years. When asked what he thinks is the best thing about working at Grace, his reply was, "We are closed the day after Thanksgiving! I don't have to open up a store in the middle of the night for bargain-hungry shoppers!"
Currently, Troy divides his time by being part of both Inside and Outside sales. If you visit us at on of our tradeshows, you sill see Troy 'doing his thing!' If Troy isn't working, you will find him playing his guitar or spending time with his beautiful wife Julie (who is a part-timer at Grace) and their two children.
Kona - The Office Dog
Kona is a 2-year-old Wheaton Terrier and comes to work nearly every
day with his dad, Phil. Kona likes to play outside, go running at noon
with his papa, and play keep away around the conference room table. He
is also very skilled at ripping the squeakers out of his toys and
taking naps in the afternoon. Since Kona has food allergies, he is on
a restricted diet. But, that doesn't keep him from trying to find
crumbs on the kitchen floor!
